Government Claim

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026.

1. What this service is

Government Claim helps you assemble and evidence a claim arising from your federal construction contract. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Nothing in this service creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. You file your own claim

We do not submit, file, certify or prosecute any claim on your behalf, and we do not represent you before any agency, board or court. You decide what your claim says, you certify it, and you submit it.

3. Your statements are yours

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of everything in your claim and of every document and statement you give us. Federal claims carry certification requirements and penalties for false statements, and those fall on you, not on us.

4. Held harmless

You agree to hold GCExperts LLC harmless from any loss, penalty, cost or liability arising out of your claim, your documents, your statements, or your decision to submit. We give no warranty that a claim will succeed, in whole or in part, and no one can.

5. Our fee

Our fee is ten percent of the entire claim, payable under the separate written contract you sign before work begins. If you have not signed that contract, we have not started.

6. Deadlines

Your contract and the law impose deadlines on you. We will help you track the ones we know about, but meeting them remains your responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your documents in your own case file and do not share them with other clients. Note that material you give us is not protected by attorney-client privilege, because we are not your attorneys.

8. Ending it

You can close your account at any time. Fees already earned under the signed fee contract remain payable under its terms.
