Government Claim is operated by GCExperts LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

What we collect

Account details you give us — name, company, email address. The documents you send us about your claim. Correspondence between us. If you consent to analytics, we also collect ordinary web usage data.

Your claim documents

Documents you send are stored in your own case file and are used only to assess and assemble your claim. They are not sold, and they are not shared with other clients. An automated reviewer reads them in order to produce your assessment.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, and only if you accept. Nothing loads until you choose. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. You can change your mind at any time from the cookies page.

Keeping it and deleting it

We keep your case file while your matter is live and for as long afterwards as we need to for our records. Ask us to delete your account and documents and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
