Ten percent of the claim, under a signed contract. Nothing up front.

What it costs

Our fee is ten percent of the entire claim. You sign a contract agreeing to that before we begin work, and there is no charge to open an account or to ask us whether your situation is worth pursuing.

Why it is structured that way

It keeps our interest and yours in the same place. We have no reason to encourage a claim that will not stand up, because a claim that fails is worth nothing to us either.

What the fee does not buy

• It does not buy legal representation. We are not attorneys.
• It does not buy filing. You submit your own claim.
• It does not buy a result. No one can promise you that.

It buys the assembly and evidencing of your claim, and an honest account of how strong it is before you commit to it.
